Damn these ugly, evil Chinese and Korean collaborators! Conveniently ignores their reluctance to cooperate with the Mongol that doomed the invasion. I know historical works will always have bias but this is a very low hanging fruit.
@duylinh: There was always much to gain from cooperation with the mongols. Korea and the Jurchens were tributaries for a long time already and treated well. Only southern chinese got the meh card.
