Shino is the one that speaks the rightmost bubble(s), asking if Nozomi will really be fine with her touching Nozomi's boobs.

Nozomi replies "nah, boobs are fine".

And then Shino asks why.

You can see this not just from the flow of the story (Shino is very nervous about it, while Nozomi is completely unconcerned), but also from the way they speak
(Shino is the one talking about oppai (Nozomi always uses mune) and かよ and なんで fit her much better than Nozomi; the いいのよ is very Nozomi-like).

The only thing it does reveal is authors preference. Sole reason shes conducting this serialization in yg and not yuri hime is because straight shit pays waaay better (oh the irony). That doesnt change the fact that it sold itself on false premise though, which should leave bad aftertaste in everyones mouth.

The real reason of course is that it's leftover genetic programming from our newborn days when boobs meant life.

I feel like this test was meaningless. I mean, you have to touch the bare skin for a true comparison. And to make sure that the results are valid, you need to have more test subjects. So this really should be redone properly.
