Anidex upload stuck on "Uploading"

A few months ago uploading to anidex.info worked fine, but now whenever I try to upload something to it it's stuck on "Uploading..." forever. How do I fix this?

Howdy, this is support for MangaDex, not AniDex.

AniDex, for the most part, is mostly abandoned at this point but you can always try contacting AniDex support and hope for a response.
