Annual award ceremony for best manga scanlation group (read for more)

I think we should host an annual manga scanlation group award ceremony. This will help manga scanlation groups get the recogniztion they deserve. This will also help encourage others to either band together to form a manga scanlation group or to motivate the pre-existing scanlation groups to do better. There should probably be multiple facets that go into deciding who gets an award, and there should probably be multiple awards for different things such as most scanlated, cleanest scanlations, best manga scanlated (where people will vote on which manga was best scanlated by which group), etc, etc. Much like the annual mangadex birthday contest, the winner will recieve an appreciable prize. Basically, an award ceremony for scanlation groups, and it’ll help get them motivated to do better and help appreciate them for what they do. I know there are more details that could be hammered out and tweaked but the basic idea should stay the same.

Good idea, but, it's kinda.. you know.
I prefer the award of the manga itself. Like on goodreads for each category :
'Best Romance Novel'
'Best Sci-FI Novel'....etc

Or make it as an award by year :
Only applies with the manga published in that year.
For example :
Best Adventure Manga 2018
Best Slice of Life Manga 2018

It will be good as a reference.
