Washio doesn't really have anything like that. We know the girls like him, but we have no idea why the girls like him.

If I wrote the character he'd be more of a Clark Kent. Unassuming most of the time, but competent at what he does. However, if you mess with his girls he'll end you, and it won't be pretty.
