It's not Jaryuu Tensei. Let me run down a list...
*Part of the MC's kingdom is four elemental dragon families - fire, earth, air, water - and the MC is supposed to have a harem consisting of a daughter from each of them for political reasons (and plot)
*The four elemental dragon families is moderately important to the story - not critical, but not just a gimmick since they have assorted dragon-riding warriors and shit. But it's inconsistent.
*It ran for around 70 chapters IIRC
*There's a big war arc halfway through the series where not!Russia builds a supersized fantasy Schwerer Gustav https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schwerer_Gustav
*Main general of not!Russia is a genetically engineered blond chick with dragon jeans and a Guts-worthy fukhug sword
*In case you were wondering about whether racist not!Russia were the bad guys; they enslave sentient combat bioroids, force breed them, and do creepy shit to the kids so they can have more cannon fodder.
*It mildly jumps the shark with bullshit about a spaceship owned by not!Japan, and the MC needs to include a Tamamo-no-Mae-possessed chick from not!Japan in his harem so they don't get twitchy and use the spaceship, because using the spaceship would force the MC to use the not!Chaos king sword and it would be mutually assured exterminatus.
*The high priestess from the MC's kingdom claims the king sword was crafted with the help of "the four elemental lords" but the subtext and the way it operates prevents me from thinking of it in any way except not!Chaos
*The last major arc before the series got axed was an undercover school arc where the MC was going to pose as a fresh lieutenant in the kingdom's military academy because said academy was infested with unhealthy politics and corruption. Not sure why the titular king (the MC) needed to do this, but hey - tropes.
Gotta say, writing this up helped me remember why I got into it in the first place. It's so ridiculously silly sometimes.
