I guess this really highlights how important the proofreader role is, lol. I do go over the finished translation a few times and tweak parts of the text so it fits the overall narration better. But even then, it’s still not perfect. Since I’m still pretty new to this, I started getting anxious about the possibility of someone else translating it faster (and probably better) than me. That pressure kind of pushed me to prioritize getting the project across the finish line and uploaded, rather than endlessly refining each iteration to better capture what the author intended to convey—which is something I actually enjoy doing.

I also rechecked the Comic-Walker website and realized this manga is indeed a one-shot (noooo). Between that and the missing textless page 15 (which I’ve now fixed), I was definitely getting tunnel vision back there—pretty embarrassing. I’m really sorry about that.

That said, Thanks a lot for all the feedback—I’ve discovered another part of this scanlation process that I really enjoy. After uploading, I find myself checking the page from time to time just to see how it’s being received. Seeing people actually read it and even leave feedback feels amazing. And I’m really grateful to the staff for pointing out the missing page so quickly—honestly, imagining the emotional damage if no one had noticed, or if it had taken months to catch, makes me cringe just thinking about it.

I end up coming across many missing pages quite regularly. I've just somehow developed the rare ability to notice when the paneling or page numbers seem off when reading or skimming in double paged mode over time.

Not sure if this helps make you feel better or not ... but this might give some sort of scale of how often these get caught.
