Any way to set English titles to be shown on the home page or latest updates page? [Duplicate]

I don't understand Japanese. While I'm scrolling through the latest updates section looking for mangas to read I can't really tell what the title says unless I go to the manga's page. Is there a way to make the English names be shown on the front?

Display Manga Titles In Preferred Language [Planned]

it's a planned future feature that'll come along with other localisation changes.

Broadly - one primary title per language, infinite alt titles per language, user chooses what languages they want to see.
