oh! the anime didnt make it clear at all why Tachibana kicked it upside down. the ball was really high. im guessing he leapt like that to also gain momentum. reading this, it deff feels more effective than jumping upwards for a header? just a vibe. besides togashi, most of the b team are quite short afaik.
