This is starting to get boring again. Taichi and Futaba finally got together and they barely are seen together.

Touma and this girl will respectively confess, will remain friends with the protagonist then the protagonists will have a long distance relationship because of university until they will be together again after finishing it. This is what I expect.
What a cliché, a cliché that japan will never move on from.

I can write a huge wall about this chapter with a spoiler tag to cover it, but I feel like it would break the ToS of this website because this is no place for such a thing. But I'll just keep it short: I find this chapter to be disappointing, and was hoping for more understanding in the way the problems were dealt with in the story. That's all. I won't explain what I mean by it, and I won't start anymore controversy here, I'm simply just stating what I thought of the chapter after having read it.

i understand it more like you should no feel guilty about what other people will think about you.
I think for Masumi, who is really at an insecure time, those words are some who could help her

I'm pretty sure it's intentional that Touma's sister isn't giving flawless advice here. It's a nuanced depiction of this kind of interaction, and feels very real. She's well-intentioned, of course, but she doesn't have the same perspective that Masumi has. Her expression when Masumi asks her if she could say the same kind things to someone close to her, like Touma or even her child, makes me think she's still distanced from the problem. That's a common thing, how some people will say in the abstract that they support gay people, but then have trouble accepting it within their actual family. Nonetheless, it's good for Masumi to have even some semblance of support from an adult here.

Reading this manga is starting to feel like listening to a really preachy and opinionated highschool girl give a lecture about life.
I keep reading but I can't help but roll my eyes.
Well, see you next chapter.

Don't know if I should be amazed that the whole stuff was shot down with such a few sentences, or insulted because something is dragged on this long and the resulotion was so simple.

At least the interaction feels real. It's one of the most believable manga I've read in a while

Bit preachy but it's a shounen so it's aimed at insecure teens who haven't figured all this out yet so eh.

Man i don't know, this glacial pace isn't doing itself any favors. The sense of tension just disappears. You're better off waiting for the arc to finish and binge reading it. I don't know, maybe I wasn't in the right mood reading this. I can certainly appreciate Akiko lending an ear to Masumi with her deep seated issues, but I can't help but feel detached from the whole conversation.

Maybe I'm just longing for the emotions that I felt during those fireworks in the summer festival (ch26-27), where everything came to a head. Where your heart ached for Masumi at her helplessness, where you felt happiness for Taichi and Kuze, where you stare at Touma just trying to be stoic, holding it all in. I'm too greedy.

I'll probably appreciate this chapter more after a reread, but not today haha

As others have said, the reason this manga is so good isn't because everyone is always saying the exact right thing, it's because they're saying what you'd expect an actual person to say in that situation. I really enjoyed this chapter for that reason, her advice to Masumi is easy to find flaws in, but it's because she's just human.

Best answers are always the simple ones. If you only think of a problem without seeing other opinions you will slowly confuse yourself and reach a hurtful conclusion (if you even reach one). Be simple and think of what makes you feel good regardless of what others think (as long as you don't hurt anyone).
