So what are the chances that, after an unexpectedly charming intro, this just turns into yet another bland, self-insert harem series with all the entertainment value of watching paint dry? It looks like a light novel adaptation, so it looks like the best part of the entire prospective "story" already got covered in this chapter.

I give it a 94% chance. Seems like every new series I pick up these days ends up turning into generic bullshit lol.

I mean this premise isn't that interesting so thinking it'll be more than that is pretty delusional. Literally has a light novel title it couldn't be more obvious the direction it's going.
