So far we got MC with RTS.
The one idiot dude with Isekai RPG.
Demon lord army from Dragon Quest old style RPG.
And now a tabletop RPG.
What we're missing now is TBS RPG, Action RPG and Pokemon.

MC is from a Civ-style 4x, not an RTS. The two genres are rather different.
The second one is not even a game (isekai is straight up not a video game genre, because the level of OP and plot armor is not really achievable in a video game).

Coupled with the TTRPG stuff, I feel like there will be more non-video game stuff later too.

nat20 does not work like that and there definitly is no infinite rerolling. Someone argued in the comments that a sleazy GM would do these things, but why then cant the video game player just simply open the console and cheat? Author is just pulling shit out of his ass like in every other mediocre isekai.

1. Maybe because they didn't think of it. By all indications, Takuto only played fair so far, both with the video game and in this world, so it probably didn't occur to him that he was able and/or allowed to cheat.
2. Not all games come with a known debug console. If this was an online game in particular, this was likely very much not available to most players, also with mechanics to catch and ban cheaters. So there is no reason for anyone, in and out of the story, to surmise that it would be included here.

That's why a video game player and a TTRPG GM would be in a different situation.
You could only argue this way if Takuto had been an admin or equivalent for the game, which there is no indication he ever was.

Can't translate chapters that don't exist.

As far as I can see, the latest raw chapter is 31.1 from late august. And it seems cuddblebuns doesn't release chapter parts. Which I would never blame any scan team for. These tend to read like shit coz they're cut by the publisher at random points based on page counts rather than story beats.

But the fact the publisher did release the first part of 31 is a pretty clear sign that the next parts should be coming soon. (For a sufficiently lenient definition of soon.)
