alot of terms are kinda awkward. its best to use the same terms in the novel. along the way of this story hundreds of terms (litteraly hundreds) will come and the story will be more complicated,
especially the term sword immortal(in the novel its sword saint) later on more stages would surface so the term immortal isn't accurate

@silver-sy I didn't read that novel, but wuxiaworld translators standardized quite a few terms for the different cultivation levels. One of the translator even has a youtube channel where he talks about the different terms and the differences between the literal translation and the english term for them. If the translation is done literally, it does not really makes sense for all titles and levels, so they are altered to sound amazing in english as well.

So overall I understand why the titles are translated differently by different translators, but I only hope that the terms will not change in the later chapters, like they tend to do.
