Of course we know she's not dead yet when he finally DOES get around to it (hell how he does it kind of evolves into a bad situation with the whole "Flesh Blob Golem" thing! If you know your Machiavellian. Then you can see WHY just being FEARED is a bad thing that leads to being hated which is a WORSE THING! Satoshi showed this with how SUPER DEAD he wanted his big sister to be after all LOL)

Oof, backstabbed on the booba. And if the doll’s description is correct, that damage transfers over to her actual body, so i guess she won’t appear for a while considering that pretty fatal damage.

Too bad there's no soul trap spell in that world. It would have probably damaged the sister's spirit when it had attempted to leave the doll's body and return to the original body. At least it could have meant the sister would have forgotten everything she experienced as the doll, which would be quite a disaster.

I didn't interpret it that way. I believe the description meant that when the doll is deployed, it has the characteristics of a flesh and blood body, not a hard doll body. After all, stabbing a doll through the chest might not meant anthing, unless there were some wires in the doll's torso that you happened to cut. But if the deployed doll behaves like a real human body, then a hit that would be fatal for a human body would be "fatal" for the doll. Or simpler cuts would make it bleed, even though dolls naturally should be incapable of bleeding. That's how I saw it.
