I think both groups got nuked. IIRC Kawai got into a fight with the site/mods about something and ended up having a massive meltdown and threatening them, so they were banned. Clover I'm not sure about, but the usual way groups recently have been banned is for hoarding paywalled chapters on their own sites so that they're just using MD as a lure/advertising opportunity.
