Are personal downloads of manga frowned apon here?

Just read some threads of people suggesting to remove saving of images, for fear of reuploads to other sties, I have no intentions to do so, I personally download to make sure it cant just be taken from me, and have began to merge chapters into what would be their actual volumes, complete with cover art, is this really frowned apon?

@Darkwolf1515 No it's fine. As long as the program you use to download doesn't hog all the bandwidth and stays within reasonable rate then it's totally fine.

@Yatsuki Ah, thank you, its just free manga downloader, but right now I cant even use it, due to everyone using the site, its getting about 50kpbs right now, so its pointless.

As long as you don't get banned, you're generally OK.

But yeah, we're having bandwidth issues from all the extra traffic.
