Not sure I'm a fan of the English sfx. Could be worse I guess, it's not too jarring.

We try yo mimic the same style of the original sfx, to keep the same feeling. But well it's a matter of preference.

I mean I respect how much effort would have gone into it I just don't think stock typefaces copied and pasted across the page can really ever replace the original hand drawn character forms that were designed to be a part of the artwork. Especially with such a distinctive, dynamic art style like hisa masato's of which the sfx is very much a part of.
