Oh, back when I played Arknights... I missed this little goober. Went around begging for someone to put her on support so I can use her Super Hot Knife skill to watch her throw knives like crazy. To anyone still playing; is she the only one with crazy ASPD increase, or is there someone else now?

There's other operators with ASPD increases now, and some that share the buff around. They've added a module system (a way to upgrade old operators) that increased her damage against high defense enemies even further, so her niche is still firing those million knives at bosses that other operators barely scratch.

Ceobe is still one of the best for fighting superbosses, but otherwise there's a lot of mechanics that counter pure ASPD. Managing around a caster's range will always require you to field others according to the map.

due to the absurdly high defenses some enemies have, Ceobe will always have a use due to her passive that adds extra damage based on def.

Reminds me of my days using low rarity clears. 4-stars in Arknights are awesome in design, like Ethan, Cutter, Aciddrop, Perfumer, Courier, Scavenger... But I digress. Speaking of high defenses, I think Steward is the only one with a special mechanic, where he will prioritize higher DEF enemies on his range. Super cool for a caster.
