Well manga exists in his world too. This isn’t some random hallucination but a consistent event that follows through a fantasy game. Sure, there might be some anxiety, but it’s not completely uncharted territory. And he’s able to read the minds of women, any guy would be elated. Instead, the wuss is scared of women and is suffering because he’s “too handsome”. Just bad writing.
