It looks like Maharu's little brother used to do Naginata but couldn't keep up with his sister who might have sort of bullied (sibling) him a bit when he was kid. I loved the part where he picks her hakama up...his face

I mean, it's obvious he knows a lot about the martial art, so it's not really a hard guess. Though you're never sure to be right until proven, because it's not that important yet.
