Hell yeah big girl made it through. This ended differently than I thought it would, in the beginning I thought that Bayasan and Moe might even end up together. I think Yua ended their friendship because Moe got out of the cycle of self-destructive behaviors but Yua can't. It probably sucks to have a friend you think is as messed up as you are only to watch them 'get better' but you aren't mature enough to just be happy for them.

It's bittersweet but a good ending. Sad that Yua just cut their friendship like that because Moe doesn't want to bond over a self destructive lifestyle anymore

Yua seems to have lived this lifestyle for much longer than Moe. We see Moe has supportive parents and she only cut off her real friends recently, so it was easier for her to remember what is true. Seems to be much more difficult for Yua to get out, maybe she doesn't remember or even know what else is worth living for.
