There are nuances, it's not better but you have to have some time pass before actually brushing.
In any case thanks for the info. I will still brush after breakfast but now maybe if i'm not pressed by time i will wait for 30 minutes so that acid would hurt my teeth.
Also brushing before breakfast is bad because some food that was stuck behind your teeth might erode your teeth or create unpleasant smell. If you eat before brushing your teeth it could remove the bad smell (if you don't have other problems with health) and stuck parts of the food.
