So, I am a kissmanga refugee, and I want to find a manga that I forgot the name of. The story is about a hunter mc hunting monsters that are paintings which is painted by a little girl with special powers. The mc I think is called Loki, who is a painting too. There is also a character who cannot stop himself from stealing things, and would accidentally steal things from other people, thus he is always handcuffed (even though that cannot stop him from stealing things.) What is this manga? please help.
