She said wait, which is not the same as stop. Then she said hold on a minute, and grabbed him tight. So he held on a minute. He said he can't hold back, and apologizes. He then waits for her to tell him what she wanted to say, literally holding back. She then tells him why she wanted him to wait.
There is no problem here.
She told him to wait three times. He ignored her every time. It's only when she got physical that he listened. She couldn't push him away, but by suddenly forcing him closer and raising her voice did she get through to him. This is basic stuff; If your partner says wait, you wait. Sure, we now know that she was still into continuing this under different circumstances, but in that very moment she didn't want to continue, but he forced her to anyways.

Then comes in the "I can't hold back anymore"-line and I just can't. Yes you can hold back; You're not some kind of animal just because you have a libido. That's the sort of BS someone makes up to escape responsibility and force their way, disregarding the other person.

There are plenty of problems here.

I'm afraid you're completely misunderstanding the dynamic here, because you are applying a western construct to a Japanese relationship.
I don't have the time or patience to educate you, but I suggest you look into what the characters are actually saying instead of what the English translator chose. Also, ask a Japanese woman whether she thinks that what you believe is going on is anything like what she sees.
