It'd be so good, reading it as a whole volume. But it is a nightmare reading this as separate chapters.

Rereading the manga as a whole, I liked it a lot more because the whole thing is a slow burn, it's subtle in how Sagami and Musubu's relationship develops (which is also interesting because the setting is a condom research factory) - so the release schedule really sucks for it unfortunately.
