I'm not gonna pretend this manga didn't have problems with pacing, but it's not really ending right when the mains get together, they starting dating like in the middle of the story IIRC. It's just that the last sex arc took quite a big chunk of the story, especially with the manga release schedule being what it is, as EnFiveFour mentioned.

The Ch 18 P8 link on bottom left shows him remembering a woman saying "Huh?! You're already done?! You're completely useless!" And he DID say that he's used the thick condoms before. I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.
