The Assassin in this manga is really misleading and become irrelevant. In case anyone searching for a good manga about assassin, check
Ansatsu Skill de Isekai Saikyou, this site still not updating it, but it was worth to read.
Anyway, that resurrection skill is too OP, she could revive Saran right?
Not necessarily. I mean, if the author wants it to, sure, but it'd make at least as much sense if she couldn't. Bringing a fresh corpse 'back to life' is entirely scientifically plausible after a few minutes even IRL (in fact we do so regularly, though we've begun to adjust our definitions of 'dead' so that things like mere cardiac arrest don't necessarily count as 'dead' anymore—moving the goalposts, as it were, because we generally want 'dead' to
definitionally mean "won't come back"), though you might expect some brain damage and so forth. But once everything starts to decompose... uh...
Honestly, in a world with ressurection magic, you might well end up with "dead" shifting to mean "gone, and any reasonable opportunity to revive them gone", with more technical words for "not so dead that we can't bring them back", just as "cardiac arrest" is used in modern times.
