@ESCrowe but it would be quite unbelievable if she manage to master everything in such a short period of time considering time is the most important part of the Jester our MC started his training with in the guild as a young age so I guess he has at least 10 years of training and experience.

As someone who is already known assassin to the point that she is considered as a myth at a young age which mean she should start killing at age 7-9 or even younger as well as mastering the job Jester so again her training must have been started at age 0

It is also mentioned that she uses disguises so she could really be a legal loli.

The only way for her to be a legit loli is if she is a super genius and can master a given skill in a month or something even less cause you can’t be a legendary assassin with a couple of years in the service. And I guess “cause plot” is also a possible reason.

It seems to me it should be rather easy to overturn that announcement if there's a general feeling it can't be correct. All they need to do is to exclaim it to be an outrageous prank or sabotage and try again.

@Kaarme From my recollection, the location of this tournament has a bunch of "ancient lost magic" type things that can be activated but not really controlled; that's why they can't just turn off the barrier-thing. It's possible that the device registering candidates is a part of that, and thus there's actually nothing to do about it at this point.

Which doesn't make it any less contrived, but at least there's precedent.

The assassin skill of the shockwave she used, which is the most basic power of the assassin class, not to mention the presence concealment and the speed /agility that is much higher than that of the paladin class, which she is assumed and expected to be.

Where the point in "dark guild" actions? They just assasins in goverment service. How they can decide anything about Meride? MC did his job well, no complains from employer. And they basically attack one of the most prestige academi and daughter of one of 3 most powerful familes without a order. Plus, even if no one care about Meride, Madia put in danger promising daughter of side family branch. They act like some criminal sindicate, but not like goverment secret service (like BFI).

@Akachi - first possibility that comes to mind is that there's a faction in the government that wants to see the Angel family humbled/weakened/destroyed and this sort of tactic would strike at the family's reputation and future in one blow. Alternatively, the master of the guild has some really extreme interpretations of orders and doesn't like any hint of deviation in his pawns.
