This feels like a very elaborate plot excuse to write 2 girls kissing. Like they have to justify it through so many hoops to make it happen it's almost silly.

So there's a VR world behind the internet, but it's infested with monsters for some reason, so you have to go inside to fight them, but you can only do it as a girl, and if you die inside you die for real, ohh and you have to do a lot of kissing inside.

I don't see any issue with this computer network.

Why the heck does your country's most important and sensitive infrastructure still use such a fragile network that after 10 years still have same vulnerable? Why not, let say, disconnect it and create a more reliable one that not relly on a virtual world?
