The second one isn't technically genderswap but they run with a lot of the same tropes. Then there's like 10 other ones that are just genderswap bishoujo but doesn't go with the loli route

tho in I Became a Beautiful Girl, but I’m still an MMO Junkie it starts getting very weird (in a good way) as some things in the game start to appear irl (yes mc did change irl into their in game avatar), there was a part where a in game religion just suddenly had a church irl and NO ONE except mc with a few others questioned it.

the guy which says isn't there a manga similar to this already might be talking about Shangri-la frontier cuz this plot atleast in the first chapter is pretty similar to it
