Honestly, I always thought he acted more like someone on the Spectrum then she did, and I speak as someone on the spectrum. She seems to have other issues at least in conjunction with ASD if she really is on the spectrum, but his social isolation, ignorance of the nuances of behavior, inability to look people in the eyes, etc. all indicate he's more likely to be on it than she is.

I honestly expected fart fetish bookmarks but that was surprisingly wholesome. And lol I remember a preview in chapter 8 pg. 20 that shows her slapping him. I’m looking forward to know what happened there.

@Tamerlane i agree, as each chapter goes by i end up finding this dude more and more relatable compared to the girl lol..
but maybe that's what he means by 'people like me' - he said he was never diagnosed but he probably gets along with her cause he's aspie too

@Tamerlane
It’s possible that she developed other disorders like depression and bipolar through neglect or abuse.

I’d also be willing to bet that he is a high functioning autistic person, although undiagnosed and perhaps just barely on the spectrum. My guess is that he had bookmarked those pages before she arrived because he either was using them as references for his original works (hence why she thought it felt familiar) OR he was using them to help himself.

Yeah, I definitely find her to have secondary issues like maybe bipolar or borderline personality disorder and Autism/Asperger's not being the primary diagnosis in her cases as much as it probably would be in his. I'd assume it's a mixture of all three in his case. @Kneel_Breen

Yeet, how long do you think until we get the romance/philosophy tags? @mirp448

@Tamerlane gosh i don't know, hopefully relatively soon (tho i would prefer them both to have their shit together a lil bit more before anything romantic happens so no one is overly dependent & all that)

Fair, I would want more development before they actually get into a relationship or anything. I think the turning point for that kind of thing would be her getting over her fear of dogs. @mirp448

@Tamerlane symptoms of autism present differently in men and women. Autism tends to be underdiagnosed in women as a result, or mistaken for a separate condition. She's a pretty clear cut case of an autistic woman going by the aane diagnostic standards

This manga is such a ride. I can't tell whether a chapter will leave me shocked, sad, happy, or even laughing.

@77BLc9JwJGpLVARkamJx I'm constantly on the lookout for a different browser than either of them. Everything's got its own issues, gotta see what does what you want it to while pissing you off the least I'd say.
