@Kaiofficialone Well, the title means something like "Aspergers girlfriend", which suggests that she has Asperger Syndrome (or Autism Type 1, I think it's called now).

Regardless of any "official" diagnosis, she has been shown to have difficulty with social relations and to perceive people / the world differently than most. This causes all sorts of side effects, such as depression, which is what we are seeing in this chapter.
