As far as I know, in Japan there's no much prevention or care when it comes to syndromes such as polycystic ovary and endometriosis, the latter can even become deadly if not taken care of.
I hope Megumi doesn't have endometriosis, I think she should get checked - seriously. It might even be something that can be easily solved by hormones [I (un)luckily have experience]
