He isn't worried because of how crazy OP he is at this point in the story. The manga showed him gaining 999 all stats + skills he wanted from potions. One of those skills was "Status Abnormality Nullification", which makes him immune to becoming her servant even if she tried.

In the novel you get a better idea, high rank adventurers might have over 100 in a stat. He has broken past the stats limit a few times at this point and has reached either 4,000 or 5,000 in each stat. He's always calm, because nothing can threaten him.
