Read through the raws, had to stop and drop the series at 18.3 due to the fact that the MC immediately begins proselytizing his love for rice.

What makes this even more insane is that in Ch. 4.1 the MC said that he liked the cafe because they had unlimited rice. So we go from, "I can eat as many cups of rice as I want" to "there's rice!? - You know about it!?".

The Japanese like to use European settings for their isekai works, but then make them rice-less worlds, seemingly unaware that Europeans grew and ate rice, especially in Italian and Spanish cuisine. But many Japanese seem to be aware of risotto and paella. They know where these come from, right? In fact, my family meals often used rice. I didn't even really think about it until writing this. Every American knows about Uncle Ben's, but that's not what we used. It was a bag of white rice. Maybe Parish or Carolina brand?

Similar to Japan, in Europe, rice was rich people food, and rice only recently became a staple crop in Japan. Japanese and Chinese used to survive on barley, millet, and wheat, and on non-grains like soybeans and buckwheat. More than that, while many people associate American slavery with cotton, it was actually the rice industry that started it.

While the Japanese could be largely ignorant of global cuizine and their own dietary history, I think this is actually the Japanese rice lobby at work. I have seen the same nonsequitor in other works, where the MC had rice and then the great rice hunt. There are also some titles where the manga or anime had rice hunts while the WN/LN had none.

Between the last chapter (11) and the most recent chapter(12)... what happened to the black haired A-rank girl that had a body complex so she hid in armor? She was there when they saw the drunk dwarf in 11 on the last page, but she disappeared completely in 12. And she wasn't there at all in the harem scenes.

Lily/Riri was added to the harem after Satyrbell in the novel, which is why she was not in the dungeon with Satyrbell. They tried to fix the issue by having her go armour shopping in here.

This is wish-fulfilment... but it's kind of very basic wish-fulfilment.
The MC repeatedly goes to the brothel, falls in love with the first girl he hires, and then adds her to his harem.
That's pretty much 90% of the story.
The MC also has a specific body type he likes, so there's limited variety in the harem.

This story and Sekkaku Cheat have the same setup, but are otherwise pretty much opposites.
As a comparison, Sekkaku Cheat specifically goes above and beyond when it comes to variety, though some of the author's decisions are... questionable.
Plus, this story is very lovey-dovey and low-stakes, while in Sekkaku Cheat, nations rise and fall depending on the MCs carnal adventures or even his gardening hobby.

It would be interesting to see a synthesis of these two, maybe adding some "I Shall Survive Using Potions!" for an MC that actually takes full advantage of their cheat.

A lot of people are calling this a self-fulfillment manga which I guess it could be depending on whether that's how the author is doing it or not but it also at least for me shows that love isn't just for one person like it could be for many people at once. The only gripe I have with this manga is more with myself with the fact that I can't fast forward time to get to the next update.
