Really, in a lot of Japanese manga they don't understand how badly they picture a rape scene and how lightly they take it.
Most of the time, they picture it as a bad event, but nothing dramatic. It's just rough sex with one partner not consenting to it, but if the rapist is good at it and the victim get pleasure from it, it's their problem to not getting away.
