Anything related to your reproductive organs can be a serious problem for a man/woman's health and self esteem. It's not a joke and should not be scorned. I'm often thinking that people who make those sorts of comments about others need to grow TF up already and have some self awareness. If anything, it's a good thing that the author decided to have a character who has this sort of issue.

The real issue has always been the same in shounen, seinen or erotica. There are authors who continue to bait their audiences with this nonsensical, childish drama. They will make every excuse in the book to not get these characters together, to not commit, to waste people's time thinking that their relationship will go somewhere and that's downright infuriating. I get that there may be certain rules for manga and what can be published but that doesn't change how the audience wants to slap the author.

If they don't get laid, fine but I expect to see romance between these two before they try again or it's not even worth the time to read.
