I could agree with the weakling label because all he had to do was quit the club or just said that he was tricked. Then there wouldn't be a problem and he could go about his business. It's weird that these authors want to have us pretend that these MC's don't have any agency.

He did think of quitting, but then there were 2 really big reasons not to quit, and they both were on the same person. Half kidding, half not.
