I don't really want to comment on the timeline of this manga but now im forced to do so, didn't summer break already come more than 5 times? they gotta be in college by now and not to mention the school festivals and so on. but i still like this so why not lets freeze time.

I'm pretty sure it's segmented. They show scenes in non-sequencial order.

Even if it's so, school festivals are limited per year but in each new chapter they show an entirely new event that doesn't seem to follow up with the previous events, it's as if they reset in a new dimension everytime.
