I know it has been on generic trope topics a while now... but it really sunk in just now what a completely generic manga this has become.

This is the second Sick Visit chapter. We've already had a Beach Chapter and an Onsen Chapter, as well as a Hanami Chapter, a Christmas Chapter, a New Year Chapter, a Valentines Day Chapter, a Heatwave Chapter, a Festival Chapter... am I forgetting any common-as-grass manga episode themes?
I'm guessing most of the rest will just be repeating these...
