Because hers is a deep lust and love twisted by high-density denial about her desires.
At this point Reiko's more or less 'reasoning' to herself that in order to keep the mystery club from becoming every h-doujin she's ever read (and that's all of them) thus tarnishing the school's image, she needs to have Daisuke focus on tying her up and abusing her -and only her- body until societal pressure says they have no choice but to marry.
