It would be pretty funny if Archive did keep going with his revenge, sparing no human getting in his way. At the end he would manage to release the demon queen from her seal. The demon queen would then look at Archive, who has the body of a human mage, and immediately kill him. Because that's what the demon queen did. It was only Archive in his tiny, harmless demon body that she could barely avoid killing.
