This definitely seems like the least interesting of the "bonus" chapters so far. The first two (particularly the second) had good character background information. This was literally just showing us how Risa figured out Ayaka liked Hiroko, something we already knew. It didn't even explore Risa's feelings for Ayaka in any meaningful way.

Agree but it's an extra chapter. All 3 are just chill slices of each of the main character's lives. It's not meant to push the story, it's just an additional quick day in the life. This one adds more context to Risa's knowledge of Ayaka's crush and shows how much she's tried to help them get together.
