Ayaka is truly the only really good character here (excluding the girls at the bar). Risa already made the steps to that, reflecting on her behaviour against Hiroko and Ayaka and after that confession I am sure Hirokos build up armor will brake and she will also become a better person who can show and deserves love in addition to only work appraisal.
