This was a great read, pretty calm and fun. Sucks it had a sudden ending. Glad I found this series.

Mahoro falling ill/heavy fever and meeting her grandparents is pretty accurate for IRL. People sometimes fall into deep sleep and could tell that they dreamt someone either have to come to get/fetch them to the other side or tell them that its not their time yet. That pretty sure made me goosebumps.

"Because she wants to see their smiling faces forever, Miyatsuka Mahoro will continue to protect Ayakashisou for a long time"?
Hah, that girl is going to become one of the Ayakashi living in this house one day for sure. Though it seems like she may still have quite some time ahead of her, seeing how for the first time she actually has some grasp of her powers now.
This was a fun ride.

Thank you for the translation

So in the end we don't know the reason why Maho is so powerful? And why is her power suddenly missing and come back? I can't feel sad with all this mysteries left
I have a feeling its an evolutionary stage in Mahoro's powers / abilities

It would be sad. . but i think i prefer for her to actually lost her power for good instead. . . . if the author want some weight in the ending, why do it halfheartedly?

No that's stupid

It's the same as that stupid trope i hate where a character looses their magic once they become an adult as a metaphor of growing up
