Theres a level of tsundere where the character just starts looking like a complete psycho and this girl has far exceeded it. The mc is also kinda dense but thats whatever in comparison to how bad azure is.

Best guess explanation is she was so stunned by what she saw that she just stood outside in the rain for a while trying to process, so he kept on walking while she was busy rebooting.
