How is lesbian romance cringy?

It is as perfectly acceptable as straight and gay romance,and is a perfectly acceptable thing to happen between two characters regardless of their genders.

How 'bout you be less cringy and accept the fact characters are allowed to fall in love,more so when there's no pre-existing determining factor that would stop them.
