I feel bad saying this because the tl team probably puts lots of work in, but these premises are very tiresome. It's kinda frustrating that authors spend their time creating things like this instead of something more ambitious.

@Turkeyjerkey unfortunately it is the cheap simple premises like this that sell, hence why every new manga/manhua/manhwa or anime is an isekai or simple power fantasy. It is hard to blame authors for catering to what their audience wants, rent has to be paid somehow....

PS: if you are here briefly, you might see ch 6 for the first 23 min. however, due to some problem with the chapters, we decided to take it down. it will be back up tomorrow.

I often wonder whether authors make these series as an easy cash-grab, or just lack the capacity to create something more interesting. For all the ln/wn adaptations it's probably just a day job, but for the original works I dunno. Sometimes it feels kinda like fan fiction, where the author found something they like and is now simply reusing it. Only in these cases it's not directly taking content, but rather recycling characters, archetypes, story beats, and premises. Maybe the authors watched something like sword art online and just end up recreating it in their own work without actually thinking about it, because they put so little thought in to begin with.

@Turkeyjerkey I think it is a bit of both but in my opinion "easy cash-grab" probably plays a significant role. Some of these stories written as WNs/LNs and eventually animeted or turned into manga/manhua/manhwa are stuff you would see in middle school writing contests. I think the market plays a big role on how most authors decide what to write since the returns for writing something with basic tropes and or archetypes is pretty high. In a sense the market discourages being innovative.

Wait, how does the rating system work. I have given it the first rating (6) because I know the title from another site and now the final rating is 7,94...

Guess I need to go back to university, because I clearly don’t understand maths 😅

@Ranuth I think Mangadex just bugged out and didn’t show me the other ratings for whatever reason... now I can see the other ratings and it makes sense. Thank god maths didn’t change (but you never know what might happen in 2020)

Do these generic copy-cats authors waste their life creating brain dead shit like this one? it's honestly a waste of space. I bet an 8-year-old kid can make better comic than this crap I swear to god.

It's not as bad as people are saying. It's worth a read. The mc is also brutal and doesn't take shit from anybody even women.

Mc keeps meeting every single talented woman he can think of in his future and they join his team. And the story keeps repeating itself.
It did had potential at beginning excluding mc's idiotic moments and the npc-ish world (he literally keeps talking about everything apocalypse but no one seems to notice something is wrong. He even says that he need to be cautious, but he seems to completely forget what he says)
Seems pretty unoriginal.
Don't let the cover fool you. The drawings are far from being good, bad at best

This is trash. I read some of the first chapters then dropped.
Here are my reasons/what irks me:
1. The 2 girls (the ones that were strong in the future):
a)in the beginning see an obvious zombie, yet try to warn the zombie to not come any closer?? Then mc kills the zombie and that gun girl is like "YOU JUST KILLED A HUMAN?!?!?!"
b)when mc says it wasnt a human but a zombie, that science girl asks (it might be bad translation though) "Zombie? What is that?" like how can you be so sheltered and smart at the same time??
c)they just accept what is happening without a complaint and don't suspect mc of anything, definitely not weird that he knows everything from the beginning?
2. That rich kid with the yellow car. I get that he didn't know of the crystals, but did he really think that money will be worth anything or banks or anything will be open? He tried to give the mc a check and where would he even cash it??? On top of that that kid saw mc's strength yet still thought that he would protect the girls better?? Kinda classic, rich kid that got delusional cuz of all the money his father has I guess.
3. The mc in the beginning show us the epic rated hammer, yet shortly after when he buys it, it apparently changed from a hammer to a class change card????
4. The mc warned his sister to close the windows and curtains and to not to open the door for anyone. She saw that ppl outside were eating each other, yet still stayed oblivious. Then, against her brother warning to not to open the doors to anyone (like damn girl) she opens the door to bunch of thugs.
5. That fatty with a cat. When they were at the entrance to the building with the doctor, the 2 bouncers, that were clearly thugs and not good people, tried to extort more crystals than necessary from the mc's group and were clearly just bad people. Yet, after the mc kills them both, the fatty just though that the mc's group was some insane bastards and the 2 bouncers were gentle and nice people. Like WTF how naive, blind and stupid can you be.
6. That Leopard guy. He seriously thought that the mc's group was some random background characters? They were so smug like there was no way anyone else discovered the traders or crystals. This is kinda super weird, since the bouncers and the doctors asked for crystals. That meant that mc was aware of existence of crystals if he entered, which means he could be strong. Yet that leopard guy thought nobody was stronger than his group. This is just all messed up. Idk how did the leopard's group discover the gray robe guys's function. Must be pure luck I guess.
7. Mc's ring is just bullshit cheat that can even be upgraded. Storage? Discounts during trading? Time reversal ability? Power to strengthen items? He got it.
8. The window girl who tried to use mc as a tool. Just summons zombies to her building, thinking that mc will kill them all and even help her later on. What would she do if she summoned the zombies and mc died? Also why did she think that a guy who she abused and ridiculed in the past who got super strong would do everything she says?? Like, "hey I know that I abused and ridiculed you in the past, but could you protect me and do everything I say?". No, not even that, just "hey protect me and do everything I say", obviously she thought mc would just accept like why wouldn't he right?
9. Generally braindead characters.
