The moment he woke up in the hospital, he said “standing in front of me was someone who couldn’t possibly there” and in chapter 5 he said that it was his first love. Moreover, there is a silhouette of a girl too. So no, the MC shouldn’t be his first love. Unless the author forgot about that.

@Seracila Thank you. That’s why I asked since I just started the series and read up to here, and I never saw a clue of the mc being his first love. Nothing was adding up and wondered if I missed something important.

Shes changing the future yoww. Sometimes hardships can get you to somewhere big (and also maybe ruin your life lols). Aran could be going somewhere but if mc changes the past, it maybe not go best for her in the future, or the opposite, we cant know
