I think it's more meant to be the spirits' magics are strong enough to be an issue if the opponent doesn't know about it. Basically, a push out of nowhere can fuck up anyone's fight. But, the second you know about them, they're just an extra thing to deal with on the battlefield, and their strength is limited by the user's, and those spirits' user wasn't strong enough to matter without the sneak advantage.

for normal people sure but Nazuna's attack quite often cause aoe damage so if they can't do anything again her attack when visible then there is no way they can take it while in invisible.

Man, I'd hope so, though at the same time I feel like she'll still be a bit useful for them alive

They don't have to take it, is the thing, they just have to mess things up enough that their summoner can. And a layer or three of unexpected resistance while the blow is still swinging could still do that.

Unfortunately not (though I wouldn't trust them to deal with one anyway, they outright ignore groups purposely mislabeling stuff and some harassment in forums so I'd hesitate to trust them nuking a mod). DMCA mass requests and they buckled even if most of what was DMCA'd was exempt as fair use

Even when spirits are involved, there are different classes of spirits. I'd understand their efficacy when fighting against anyone else, but a 9000lvl Fenrir or 9999lvl warrior, I'd expect those spirits to use their life force just to deflect an attack. And it'd probably take more than one spirit to do it. And the more spirits are gone, the more the user has to summon or create, eating away at his own mana reserves.

It'd be like a Stamina battle, but one lost in advance because again: He's lvl 7000 vs one lvl 9000 and two lvl 9000. Fenrir alone should have dealt with it easy.
